Straight Answers.
No Disappearing Act.
I grew up in Montebello and Whittier, and I've spent the last twenty years in customer service. That combination taught me two things: how to actually listen to people, and that straight answers matter more than smooth ones.
I got into real estate because I wanted to help people make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives with actual information — not guesswork, not pressure, not a pitch. I study the data — days on market, list-to-sale ratios, price movement by neighborhood — and I use it to give clients a clear, honest picture of where they stand. When I tell you what your home is worth, it's not a gut feeling. It's what the market is telling us right now.
My approach is simple. I give you the real information, build a plan around it, and see it through. No pressure, no fluff, no disappearing act after the listing agreement is signed.
